As Zūm's Human Resources Manager, you will foster an environment where employees feel great about their work, resolving conflicts, advising leaders, and developing programs that empower employees.

In Short

• Serve as front line support for employee relations.
• Develop performance management documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Create training programs for managers.
• Analyze onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with managers and staff.
• Support leave of absence and workplace accommodations.
• Engage with employees on complex questions.
• Travel up to 20% to field locations.
• 5+ years of HR experience required.

Requirements

• Experience in HR or employee relations.
• Ability to lead investigations.
• Comfortable advising on performance management.
• Understanding of employment law.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
• Experience with multi-location workforce.
• Project management skills are a plus.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a bonus.
