Requirements

• 3+ years of HR or recruitment experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with HR software.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience with PeopleSoft software preferred.
• Understanding of national HR laws.
