Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of experience in university recruiting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse.
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
High level of initiative and leadership.
Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
Excellent time management and detail orientation.
Flexibility for evening events and occasional travel.
