The Human Capital team at Charles River Associates is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. This role focuses on full life-cycle university recruitment and supports the global Talent Acquisition team.

In Short

  • Oversee university recruiting for full-time and internship roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to market roles and source candidates.
  • Build relationships with university personnel and career centers.
  • Manage candidate lifecycle and communication processes.
  • Analyze data to evaluate recruiting efforts and market trends.
  • Promote CRA’s value proposition as an employer.
  • Coordinate campus-related events and logistics.
  • Track recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Support global Talent Acquisition projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in university recruiting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Data-driven mindset with data manipulation skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent time management and detail orientation.
  • Flexibility for evening events and occasional travel.
