Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including IT and marketing/sales openings.
• Global recruitment experience, especially in Europe; US market experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in closing C-level roles.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
• Data-driven approach with experience using ATS and reporting tools.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Enjoys challenges and dives into details of each role.
• Skilled at identifying cultural markers in candidates.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible and effective in a geographically distributed team.
