Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of HR best practices.
• Experience in project management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring program effectiveness.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
