Overview

The CRO Video Editor plays a dual role - combining the operational precision of media processing with the creative expertise of full-cycle video production. You’ll be responsible for organizing and preparing raw photo and video materials, ensuring consistent quality and structure, while also developing complete, high-performing video creatives from concept to delivery.

In Short

• Process and organize incoming photo and video materials from client shoots.
• Convert RAW files and ensure consistent visual quality and color profile application.
• Upload, tag, and maintain all assets within the company’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Edit and enhance videos with strong rhythm, sound, color, typography, and effects.
• Collaborate with marketers, videographers, designers, and copywriters.
• Implement new creative ideas and concepts to improve video performance.
• Participate in A/B testing and analyze funnel metrics.
• Support the creative team by preparing source materials.
• Track and apply current video trends and platform features.
• Deliver polished, conversion-optimized videos for various platforms.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in video editing or post-production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating media processing and video editing expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Solid understanding of viral video trends and platform-specific features.
• Upper-intermediate (B2) English or higher for communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity to explore new tools and creative techniques.
• Ability to test and iterate based on performance data.
• Strong execution speed with a focus on quality.
