In Short

• Source and recruit qualified truck drivers through various channels.
• Screen applicants to ensure they meet hiring criteria.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates.
• Achieve a minimum of 2-5 app conversions per week.
• Track and report recruitment progress and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in truck driver recruiting or high-volume recruiting.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and trucking industry hiring requirements.
• Ability to build relationships with drivers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and performance-driven.
