Business/Information Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Business/Information Systems Analyst to work on the integration of Lithuania's Legal Entities Participants Information System (JANGIS) with the EU's Beneficial Ownership Registers Interconnection System (BORIS) via the European e-Justice platform. This project aims to enable efficient data sharing regarding Lithuanian entities' beneficial owners, while providing seamless access to information and payment functionalities for users.

In Short

• Analyze business requirements and define functional specifications for the JANGIS-BORIS integration.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with EU Directive (EU) 2015/849.
• Prepare detailed documentation and support data flow processes between systems.
• Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities to optimize the integration process.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis for custom software development projects.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Fluency in Lithuanian is required.
• Business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is preferred.
