Overview

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will serve as the primary liaison between business teams and the Business Systems team, responsible for gathering functional and business requirements from stakeholders across various departments. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce administration and the ability to streamline processes using third-party tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
• Experience with third-party integrated tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools.
• Ability to create reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with data integrity management.
