Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and integration.
• Experience in leading business analysis to assess problems/opportunities.
• Documenting business requirements for technology solutions.
• Knowledge of business modeling techniques/tools.
• Experience in business process re-engineering and cost-benefit analysis.
• Aware of emerging IT trends and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, waterfall methodologies preferred.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
