Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, compliance, or related field.
• Minimum of four years of compliance experience in PBM or health plan.
• Experience with pharmacy benefits and claims preferred.
• Certifications in healthcare compliance are a plus.
• Strong understanding of compliance program elements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Project and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and practices.
