• Lead financial analysis and decision support for growth and profitability initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial models and systems.
• Deliver executive-ready materials for reviews and discussions.
• Support fundraising efforts and strategic projects.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on business case development.
• Define and track KPIs for business performance.
• Contribute to forecasting tools and features.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy with GTM teams.
• Establish systems and frameworks for the Strategic Finance team.
• Align near-term budgets with long-term forecasting.

Requirements

• 8+ years in strategic finance or related roles.
• Experience with subscription business models.
• Track record of influencing decisions across teams.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to present data clearly to executives.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• High level of ownership and curiosity.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Healthcare or health tech experience is a plus.
