GeneDx is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Finance to accelerate the achievement of our highest priority business and financial outcomes.

• Support strategic planning by developing and executing business plans.
• Conduct market sizing and landscape analysis.
• Define commercial strategy and unit economics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in management consulting or strategic finance.
• Structured thinker with business acumen.
• Experience in financial modeling and business cases.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity.
• Ability to drive projects with minimal oversight.
• Understanding of P&L and product-market fit.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to GeneDx sites.
