Marketing Manager, International - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to support international market expansion through the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies. This individual contributor role will focus on developing market-level strategies and sales enablement initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of GeneDx’s genomic solutions.

In Short

• Support the development and execution of tailored marketing strategies for international markets.
• Create go-to-market (GTM) decks and collateral for sales teams.
• Partner with the Enterprise team to develop marketing approaches for health systems.
• Build high-quality marketing and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and execution.
• Gather insights on customer needs and industry trends.
• Assist in executing market-focused campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
• Manage approvals and reviews for all materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
• Experience supporting international markets is strongly preferred.
• Success in sales enablement and GTM collateral development.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in marketing platforms and project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics.
• Passion for innovation in healthcare.
