Corporate Tax Compliance Analyst II - Remote

Overview

WWC Global is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Tax Compliance Analyst II to assist in ensuring compliance with tax laws for multiple legal entities.

In Short

• Prepare and file returns for various state and local taxes.
• Assist in the annual Partnership Federal Income Tax Return.
• Review payroll tax filings to ensure compliance.
• Assist in timely financial period closings.
• Prepare monthly analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Support finance department activities.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions.
• Maintain general ledgers according to legal entity.
• Ensure strong internal controls are in place.
• Perform general accounting duties and develop reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 3-4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight timeframes.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to pass a federal background investigation.
