Data Architect - Subject Matter Expert - Remote

Overview

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a System/Data Architect Subject Matter Expert for a contract within the Department of Defense (DoD) at USTRANSCOM in support of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS).

In Short

• Support the TRANSCOM domain through Enterprise Architecture and ERP expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data modeling and analysis.
• Recommend technical solutions to achieve IT portfolio objectives.
• Maintain and develop solution architecture including DoDAF Views.
• Facilitate BPR sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Help federal customers migrate from legacy systems to modern ERPs.
• Perform detailed fit-gap analysis for ERP capabilities.
• Communicate effectively with government stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on architecture practices.
• Apply BPMN and BPM methodologies for business process documentation.

Requirements

• Expertise in Data Architecture and Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Experience with Business Process Reengineering methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
• Experience with DoDAF architecture views.
• Familiarity with federal government processes.
