Overview

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Department of Defense (DoD) System/Data Architect Subject Matter Expert for a contract within the DoD at USTRANSCOM in support of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS).

In Short

• Support USTRANSCOM domain with expertise in Enterprise Architecture and ERP.
• Analyze Government Furnished Information and DoDAF models.
• Identify necessary data tables and elements for JTMS processes.
• Verify standards for data exchange and develop recommendations.
• Prepare planning tools and presentations for stakeholders.
• Utilize ERP experience for federal customers' system migrations.
• Create data tables and models using DoDAF standards.
• Manage enterprise terms and metadata.
• Define a Data Protection Policy integrated with governance framework.
• Assist in implementing a Master Data Management solution.
