Subject Matter Expert in Gender Development - Remote

Overview

Spektrum is looking for personnel to join our team and support key client projects, specifically providing subject matter expertise in gender development within military operations.

In Short

• Provide subject matter expertise in human development index aspects of military operations.
• Act as the focal point for training audience regarding NGO contributions to humanitarian crisis response.
• Coordinate IO/NGO and humanitarian matters with appropriate representatives.
• Understand and provide recommendations for improvement in military operations representation.
• Assist in the development of strategic and operational level scenario documents.
• Be prepared to assist JWC in exercise planning stages.
• Understand and analyze training audience plans and their impacts on civil society issues.
• Generate appropriate exercise material for training audiences.
• Act as director of a fictitious organization representing IOs/NGOs.
• Be familiar with the latest relevant NATO publications.

Requirements

• Significant experience (over 3 years) at senior levels.
• Extensive interaction with NATO at operational level.
• A University/Bachelor’s Degree in a gender-related study or relevant experience.
• Business English proficiency.
