Overview

The selected contractor will support NATO's secure communications interoperability projects, providing expert technical and managerial knowledge in secure networking and related areas.

• Assist NCIA PoW teams in managing secure communications projects.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders and manage work packages.
• Engage in portfolio and program management activities.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for NATO committees.
• Provide SME support on interoperability topics.
• Develop high-quality technical documents for NATO circulation.
• Maintain awareness of NATO communication standards and policies.
• Support the development of NATO Enterprise CIS.

• Some travel to NATO sites may be required.

Requirements

• Proven track record in secure communications management.
• Experience with NATO technical consultation activities.
• Strong understanding of secure networking in multinational contexts.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and propose solutions.
• Experience in project management documentation.
• Knowledge of current NATO communications developments.
• Recent NATO experience is preferred.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
• Ability to work remotely with some travel requirements.
