Overview

The Cloud Service Management Analyst will support NATO's modernization of IT services by leveraging public cloud technologies, ensuring the delivery of managed, secure, and reliable IT services.

Requirements

• Experience in ITSM processes and support.
• Strong knowledge of reporting and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, ServiceNow).
• Familiarity with public cloud financial management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Business English proficiency.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.
