Cloud Operations Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Cloud Operations Engineer role involves supporting Microsoft 365 environments and managing various platforms to ensure security and compliance in a remote working setup.

In Short

• Administer and configure SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments.
• Support Power BI management and Microsoft Fabric workloads.
• Act as Tier 2/3 support for Microsoft 365 tools.
• Maintain compliance and security settings per corporate policies.
• Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams.
• Conduct audits and reviews of access controls.
• Document processes and provide training on Microsoft 365 Services.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address Modern Workplace requirements.
• Some travel to NATO sites may be required.
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance is necessary.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• 3 years of experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• 3 years of experience with Power BI and dataset modeling.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Fabric architecture.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Full proficiency in English; French is a plus.
