Overview

This role is responsible for managing and improving the service management platforms, workflows, supporting service catalogue and service portal development, overseeing vendor management, and ensuring the optimization of service management processes across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of IT service management processes, with expertise in developing and configuring platforms such as ServiceNow.

In Short

  • Lead the development and enhancement of IT Service Management platform.
  • Design and develop service catalogues and service portals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders for service catalogue items.
  • Provide training and support to internal users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.
  • Gather and analyze data for continual service improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL practices.
  • Assist in platform integrations and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in service catalogue development.
  • Experience with vendor management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and integrations.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
