IT Service Management Consultant - Remote

Overview

As an IT Service Management Consultant at Devoteam N Platform, you will be part of a team of over 500 technical experts and over 200 consultants, providing a holistic transformation approach for the entire ServiceNow platform. You will support our clients in delivering digital workflows that enhance operational productivity, improve employee experiences, and redefine customer engagement.

In Short

• Consulting clients on business changes required within their organization.
• Taking on delivery responsibility as an Engagement Manager for one or more clients.
• Acting as a central point of contact for your team and client employees as a “Trusted Advisor”.
• Leading business process definition, reengineering, improvement, and gap analysis during workshops with key client sponsors and stakeholders.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions detailing pros, cons, and risks.
• Facilitating discussions and driving decisions on client processes.
• Understanding implementation methodology, sales support processes, and tools, including RFPs, pipeline tracking, and scoping.
• Maintaining and developing relevant knowledge regarding certifications and current best practices.

Requirements

• Proven expertise and relevant professional experience in Enterprise Service Management (at least 3 years).
• Expertise in project management, process optimization, quality management, and process modeling.
• Methodological or professional certifications: ServiceNow certification is a plus.
• Team player and responsible with a success-oriented working style.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
