Senior Business Systems / Process Analyst - Remote

Overview

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Business Systems / Process Analyst - Senior for a contract within the Department of Defense (DoD) at USTRANSCOM in support of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS).

In Short

• Capture and identify areas/process for improvement.
• Create process change by integrating new processes with existing processes.
• Devises or modifies procedures for user needs.
• Perform system analysis and configuration of activities.
• Compare activities to current business process.
• Improve automation solution scope.
• Identify optimization opportunities.
• Review entity-level controls.
• Provide continuous review of the operating effectiveness of lower-level controls, processes, and system operations.
• Assist in process improvements to correct known and recurring issues.

Requirements

• Identify and help to correct the root cause of errors or omissions.
• Help ensure proper and timely recording of financial data.
• Support the team analyzing and integrating logistics considerations.
• Provide logistics expertise and support teams in task order sequence.
• Maintain relationships and networking with USTC JTMS team.
• Prepare/brief global logistics enterprise on Lines of Operations.
• Provide analytical support and recommendation related to logistics processes.
• Answer requests for information related to the Lines of Operations.
• Adjust to shifts in priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Review, maintain and manage information to develop recommendations.
