Requirements

• Experience with analytical software tools.
• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and Visio.
• Experience using PowerBI, Service Now, Jira, and Confluence.
• ITIL Intermediate or Foundation Certification preferred.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Domain knowledge in finance or banking sector is a plus.
