Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Senior Business Analyst for our client in the insurance sector in Bern. You will be part of an agile, interdisciplinary team driving the modernization of the client’s sales systems.

In Short

• Focus on supporting and developing the sales process for internal and external users of non-life insurance.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary agile team within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Develop processes for our client.
• Recognize optimization potential and initiate improvements.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including users, insurance product management, IT architects, and user experience professionals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis and requirements engineering.
• Completed studies and/or further education in business administration, business informatics, or a similar field.
• Structured and independent working style, preferably in an agile environment.
• Communicative, team-oriented, and customer-focused personality.
• Motivation to work with agile methodologies and shape changes.
• Fluent German is mandatory, good English skills are an advantage.
