Citrix Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Citrix Engineer for our client in the insurance sector in Lucerne.

In Short

• Ensure stable operation and maintenance of the existing Citrix environment
• Administration and maintenance of Citrix StoreFront, Delivery Controller, WEM, Citrix Studio, and VDI and Remote Desktop Host infrastructures
• Monitoring, error analysis, and troubleshooting in ongoing operations
• Perform updates, patches, and optimizations as part of operations
• Support in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Documentation of the system landscape and processes
• Close collaboration with internal IT teams and external partners

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in operating Citrix environments
• Solid knowledge of Citrix technologies (StoreFront, Delivery Controller, WEM, Studio, VDI, Remote Desktop Hosts)
• Experience in operating complex IT infrastructures (no focus on further development)
• Citrix Certified Professional certification is an advantage
• Experience with PowerShell and knowledge of Citrix XenServer is a plus
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High degree of personal responsibility and reliability
• Fluent German language skills
