Citrix Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Citrix Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure as part of a talented team of engineers.

In Short

• Provide 2nd level technical infrastructure support.
• Manage and resolve client incidents and requests to meet required SLAs.
• Amend and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
• Comply with information security policies and procedures.
• Provide an escalation point for level one support teams.
• Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem, and Change Management processes.
• Provide after hours on-call assistance on a rotating basis.

Requirements

• Experience in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering.
• Strong technical competency in infrastructure.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework.
