Overview

The NOC Engineer at blueAPACHE will be responsible for managing client infrastructure, ensuring service level agreements are met, and providing high-quality customer service.

In Short

  • Identify and action major incidents from monitoring tools.
  • Manage client infrastructure according to customer satisfaction.
  • Work autonomously to resolve alerts and issues within SLA.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication.
  • Ensure integrity of managed environments.
  • Support best practices in infrastructure management.
  • Provide insights on recurring incidents for resolution.
  • Communicate updates during major incidents to stakeholders.
  • Perform initial triage on networking outages and escalate as needed.
  • Assist in day-to-day monitoring of client backups.

Requirements

  • Experience in incident management and technical support.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of networking and infrastructure management.
  • Experience with monitoring tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Understanding of service level agreements.
  • Willingness to work outside of standard hours when needed.
