Support Citrix environments and provide remote assistance
Participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support

Manage infrastructure and drive service process improvements
Technical maintenance and documentation responsibilities
5+ years of experience in a similar role required
Agile working environment with a focus on customer needs

Requirements

5 years' experience as a Senior System Engineer
Expertise in Citrix and NetScaler technologies
Experience with Windows Server and cloud technologies
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery methodologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V
Ability to manage physical server environments
Experience with user profile management tools
Knowledge of Microsoft Server technology products
