Citrix Engineer - Remote

We are seeking a Citrix Engineer with strong expertise in Citrix technologies and virtualization.

In Short

• Administer and support Citrix environments.
• Monitor and resolve incidents for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Perform Tier 1/1.5 incident management and service requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Support Flashstack HW and Wyse Thin Client devices.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of IT experience, including 3+ years in infrastructure/Citrix/virtualization.
• Expertise in Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp and VMware vSphere.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server.
• Ability to work night shifts and fluency in English.
