Senior Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the ongoing evolution of a healthcare enterprise-wide Loyalty & Rewards (L&R) program across Medicaid, Marketplace, and Medicare.

In Short

• Translate business needs into clear, build-ready requirements.
• Manage the requirements backlog in Jira Cloud.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to evaluate solutions.
• Ensure delivered features meet business intent.
• Independently query and analyze large datasets.
• Assist with reporting and dashboard development in Power BI.
• Support solution design alignment with DXE platform capabilities.
• Capture and document business needs as user stories and data flows.
• Support both standardization and future state program workstreams.
• Work with stakeholders to manage requirement traceability.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven experience building detailed business requirements.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• Proficiency in Jira Cloud for backlog management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
