Senior Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Digital Solutions team is seeking an experienced mobile development and integration professional to join our team in the role of Business Systems Analyst. This role will be responsible for supporting business and vendor stakeholders ensuring technology upgrades, application enhancements and system changes are well defined and appropriately implemented and supported.

In Short

• Participate in planning and execution of projects across the Mining Tire Group.
• Assist Business stakeholders with the configuration and maintenance of existing mobile applications.
• Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data services.
• Support business stakeholders with data integration solutions.
• Monitor operational and project progress.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and prioritize problems with supported applications.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare, maintain and distribute technical and business user documentation.
• Coordinate and participate in the implementation of changes.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technology teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in iOS and Android mobile application design/development.
• Expertise in Model driven apps and Power Automate.
• Minimum 2 years Azure PaaS implementation experience.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodology.
• Post-secondary graduate with a degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java for Android development.
• Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C for iOS development.
• Familiar with Azure Pipelines and Infrastructure as Code Paradigm.
