Overview

The Inside Sales Representative for National Accounts is responsible for driving sales growth and managing key customer accounts, ensuring that customer needs are met through effective communication and collaboration with the internal team.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of 200-300 national customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with National Account Managers to support key accounts.
  • Analyze account issues and design solutions to meet client needs.
  • Track program results and report success to clients.
  • Maximize sales opportunities across all products and services.
  • Lead generation and customer service within assigned accounts.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Build lasting relationships with corporate departments and customers.
  • Participate in joint sales calls when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate billing and invoicing for customers.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record in inside sales management.
  • Experience with business analysis and customer reporting.
  • Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Post graduate diploma or degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across Canada and into the USA.
