Overview

The Customer Service Representative I responds to a high volume of telephone inquiries about the company's products or services, promoting and selling products, and resolving complaints.

In Short

  • Respond to customer service calls courteously and professionally.
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate team members.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
  • Process orders via phone, email, and D365.
  • Provide information about company products and services.
  • Research billing or order issues.
  • Provide on-the-job training to new team members.
  • Utilize databases to retrieve customer information.
  • May assist in orienting and training lower-level team members.
  • Other duties may be assigned as required.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Completed Grade 12 education (High School Diploma).
  • Knowledge of computer applications, such as email and CRM systems.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
