Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to analyze user journeys.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Experience in process optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
