Overview

The Senior Business Systems Analyst (SBSA) plays a critical role on the Business Systems team to keep internal systems efficient and support Practices and Firmwide Services. The mission of the Business Systems team is to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that empower the Practices and Firmwide Services teams to achieve their goals, maximize revenue, and enhance operational efficiency. By streamlining processes and enhancing data accuracy, the team supports informed decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, HRIS, and business workflow tools.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business needs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SQL and reporting tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
