Overview

Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support the Channel & Alliances organization, impacting Channel strategy and operational execution.

In Short

• Support the Channel & Alliances organization.
• Work closely with Partnerships, Revenue & Partner Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
• Own workstreams from a technical delivery standpoint.
• Analyze business requirements and deliver system solutions.
• Implement new routes to market for Partner Revenue.
• Utilize Salesforce and PRM tools for partner experience optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and synthesize requirements.
• Manage and optimize partner programs.
• Stay updated with trends in business systems and Salesforce.
• Participate in Scrum meetings for high-quality solution delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst focused on Salesforce CRM.
• Experience in driving system improvements for Revenue streams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce PRM solutions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and API integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Salesforce Certification Preferred.
