Staff Product Manager, Security - Remote

Overview

The Security Product Management team is vital in making data security a market differentiator that enables MongoDB to succeed in enterprise and regulated industries. Our team's scope is broad and critical, covering a range of features, including Networking, IAM, Data Governance, Encryption, Compliance, and Auditing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise security.
• Experience with security-focused engineers.
• Hands-on experience with AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, GCP KMS.
• Domain expertise in data security, privacy, and encryption.
• Experience driving business results through leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, including with executives.
• Proven ability to define successful product strategies.
• Experience in defining technical product requirements.
• Comfortable with public speaking.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
