Senior Business Systems Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work with stakeholders throughout the entire organization to optimize and streamline revenue-related processes.

In Short

• Identify areas for growth within the business.
• Determine attractive market segments and understand their appeal.
• Develop systematic approaches for insights into growth and market segmentation.
• Own and drive the Rev Ops Systems Roadmap.
• Manage approved projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Translate user/business requirements into clear functional requirements.
• Conduct interviews and use various methods to gather requirements.
• Communicate changes to stakeholders effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the revenue tech stack.
• Participate in QA to ensure solutions meet requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in revenue operations.
• Strong analytical skills for complex data and business processes.
• Familiarity with SQL, CRM systems, and data visualization tools.
• Experience in project management including planning and execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues and develop solutions.
