Tax Compliance Analyst II - Remote

Overview

WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a full-time, remote corporate Tax Compliance Analyst II with strong attention to detail. The role involves applying principles of accounting and assisting the Accounting Team in day-to-day functions supporting operations for multiple legal entities while maintaining compliance with various State and Local tax filings.

In Short

• Prepare and file accurate and timely returns for a variety of state and local taxes.
• Assist in the annual Partnership Federal Income Tax Return and related State Income Tax returns.
• Review or assist in reconciling various payroll tax filings.
• Prepare and review monthly analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Support finance department with required activities.
• Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions.
• Ensure strong internal controls are in place.
• Perform general accounting duties including development of reports and schedules.
• Stay current on existing and proposed tax regulations.
• Conduct internal audits to minimize risk of non-compliance.

Requirements
