Overview

The Pricing Optimization Manager at USALCO will be responsible for leading and transforming the company's pricing strategy to drive profitability and competitiveness in the specialty chemicals industry. This individual will develop and execute both short-term and long-term pricing strategies that align with corporate objectives, leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence.

• Train and mentor sales and Business Leaders on pricing best practices.
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in B2B pricing, finance, or strategy.
• Expertise in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and influencing leadership.
• Knowledge of pricing software (SFDC/CPQ) and ERP systems (Aptean ROSS) is a plus.
