ERP Materials and Transactions Specialist - Remote

Overview

USALCO, LLC is looking for an ERP Materials and Transaction Specialist to manage raw material transactions in their ERP system while supporting the company's growth.

In Short

• Manage transactions of key raw materials in the ERP system.
• Maintain high levels of support and confidentiality.
• Track and place orders with suppliers.
• Assist with shipments to customers from offsite warehouses.
• Provide daily reports to Ops Leadership Team.
• Work remotely with some travel required.
• Utilize MS Office and specific software applications.
• Interact with various levels of the organization.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma, college degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in Office and/or Material Management preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under stress.
• Positive nature and high energy preferred.
