In Short

• Support the testing strategy to learn what works in marketing on Google Shopping, Reddit, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Improve Weight Loss category paid acquisition CVR through landing page creation and AB testing.
• Set up, execute, and analyze website AB tests.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and channel managers to optimize for channel growth.
• Work with designers, copywriters, Product, Product Marketing, and Category Directors to create, launch, and test landing pages.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Information Technology or related technical field.
• Personal or professional understanding of marketing with Google, Affiliate, Reddit, Tiktok, Snapchat, Youtube.
• Experience with Content Management Systems, such as Contentful, Squarespace, Adobe ExperienceManager, or WordPress.
• Experience with AB testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Adobe Target.
• Exceptional customer insights and proven success utilizing analytics.
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative and 100% remote environment.
• Highly organized and self-driven to execute at scale.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn new digital tools.
• Ability to occasionally travel (1-2x annually) to Growth org offsites.
