Overview

The Lead Business Affairs oversees all business and legal aspects of producing content at Hims & Hers. The role involves forecasting production costs, processing invoices, handling contracts, negotiating licensed music, and establishing best practices for business affairs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Business Affairs, preferably in-house or in an advertising agency.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong knowledge of SAG, AFTRA, and AFM contracts.
• Familiarity with legal and clearance issues.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Knowledge of copyright and licensing law.
