Overview

The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation (SGBFF) is seeking a strategic, mission-driven professional to join the Office of the CEO, working closely with the CEO on priority projects and decision-making.

In Short

• Attend key meetings alongside the CEO.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams for project success.
• Review and provide input on strategy and planning documents.
• Create briefs for meetings and events.
• Collaborate with the Executive Comms team on external engagements.
• Draft and review communications for the CEO.
• Conduct research to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage special projects for the CEO's office.
• Oversee board meeting scheduling and communication.
• Manage the CEO’s schedule and travel arrangements.

Requirements

• At least four years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data-informed insights.
• Strong writing skills with professional samples.
• Comfortable working with senior executives.
• Growth mindset and adaptability.
• Commitment to the missions of Lean In and Option B.
