IT Business Lead Analyst - Remote

Overview

The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.

In Short

• Contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance.
• Analyze network bulletins and create design/solution framework for authorization and 3DS systems.
• Provide input during development and implementation phases for complex projects.
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts, proposing risk mitigation options.
• Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications.
• Evaluate new IT developments and recommend appropriate systems alternatives.
• Supervise day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management.
• Demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with laws.
• Drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage in mentoring and coaching of team members.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business analysis principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's preferred.
