Overview

The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.

In Short

• Contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance.
• Provide input during development and implementation phases of high-impact projects.
• Identify and communicate risks, proposing mitigation options.
• Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications.
• Evaluate new IT developments and recommend system alternatives.
• Supervise staff management issues including mentoring and resource management.
• Drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• 6-10 years of experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Position based in Jersey City and Irving, TX.

Requirements

• Experience with wholesale lending and regulatory reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office with extensive Excel experience.
• Experience with risk management and story writing.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to analyze business processes and systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience using Jira.
