Overview

The Applications Development Senior Manager is responsible for managing a team to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in alignment with the Technology team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Java-based web applications.
• Strong proficiency in core Java and OOP principles.
• Experience with containerization and microservices architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of Spring Framework.
• Experience in ORM frameworks like JPA/Hibernate.
• Familiarity with Messaging Middleware (Kafka).
• Knowledge of DevOps tools for software development lifecycle.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks.
• Ability to write clean, reusable, testable code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
